Preventive Care Services

Routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings such as blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, cancer, mental health, and substance use.

Managing Chronic Diseases

Management of long-term conditions such as arthritis, asthma, heart disease, diabetes, reflux, weight management, and tobacco cessation.

Managing Acute Illnesses

Management of common acute illnesses such as allergies, colds, bronchitis, sinus infections, ear infections, sore throat, and sprains/strains.

Long-Acting Injectable ART

Administration of long-acting injectable antiretroviral therapy (ART) is available.

Sexual Health

Hepatitis screening, STI testing and treatment, DoxyPEP, gynecological services, contraception management, and condom distribution.

House Calls

Our doctor may be able to see you at home if you are not well enough to travel to the clinic or are homebound.
